Conference schedule of events:

Registration Payment

Full Conference:  $275     

Enjoy the whole conference experience of learning and networking, good food, and fun! This includes registration for all conference activities and meals for the three (3) days.

Friday Only:   $210       

Includes workshops, lunch, dinner, and entertainment

Approved Vendors:   $100   

Includes dinner on Thursday and lunch on Friday

Please read instructions in full before filling out registration form.  

The popularity of our statewide conference has continued to grow, and we must ask that everyone register and pay before the conference so that we can efficiently accommodate the large number of attendees. 

PAYMENT:  Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, check or money order. 

NOTE:  When registering, make sure the spelling of the registrant's name is spelled correctly on the registration form.  No printed corrections to name badges will be made at the conference.

All SUPPORT STAFF MUST be registered and paid in order to enter the conference.  Also, the name of the person that staff is supporting must be included on the registration form. (example of how to register staff.  Mary Smith, staff for John Doe).   You can no longer register support staff as Staff 1, Staff 2, etc.

Substitutions/changes to staff can be made up to two (2) day prior to the conference by emailing [email protected].

No registrations will be accepted at the conference.

Please do not send anyone to the conference who has not been pre-registered and received a confirmation receipt or email.

An automatic email from Self Advocacy Association of NYS will be sent as confirmation of registration.

If you are paying by check/money order, WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT BY  September 18th, 2026 in order for you to be registered for the conference.

If you register online and wish to pay by check or money order, you will be added to the registration list, but will not be officially registered until payment is received. Register early enough for your check to reach the office prior to the conference.  An email will be sent to you stating we received your check and your registration is  confirmed.

Note:  If you register and you are paying with an agency check, but do not have the check number, insert "agency check" on pay by check check line on registration.

The conference will be held at the Albany Marriott hotel. There are many hotels close by as well. Everyone staying overnight needs to reserve and pay for their own hotel room.
